Giveaway Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Aizome (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other social media platform.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

4. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on July 30, 2026 and ends on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside of that period, or that are incomplete, illegible, or automated, will be disqualified.

5. How to enter

Submit the entry form on this page with your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate or bot-generated entries will be void.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Aizome Organic Towel Set. Approximate retail value (ARV) is the then-current price listed on aizome-textiles.com. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Shipping within the United States is included. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

For giveaways run in partnership with Switch Natural (entries made at /giveaway-switchnatural), the winner additionally receives one (1) twelve-month membership to the Switch Natural app, provided by Switch Natural. The membership is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to Switch Natural's own terms of service.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Privacy and marketing consent

Information submitted is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway. If you opt in to marketing emails, Sponsor may also send you news and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure impairs its integrity. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process may result in disqualification. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
